• Cllr Mark Howell - Personal - A personal, non-prejudicial interest as a former Council tenant.
• Cllr Mrs Frances Amrani - Personal - A personal, non-prejudicial interest as her brother is a Council tenant and Councillor Amrani has, in the past, been a tenant of another authority and has been through the homeless family referral unit. Councillor Amrani remained in the Chamber during this item and took part in the debate and vote.
