• Cllr Hazel Smith - Personal - because, as a member of Milton Parish Council’s Planning Committee, she had been present at the meeting at which this application had been discussed. She had not expressed an opinion at that meeting and was now considering the matter afresh as a member of South Cambridgeshire District Council’s Planning Committee.
