• Cllr Robert Turner - Non Pecuniary - as having had dealings with the applicant’s Agent, who was not happy with the officers’ responses, and the proposed dwelling had to be modified to meet the officers’ requests. Councillor Turner never gave any impression how he would vote if the application went to committee.
