Minutes:

Councillor Trisha Bear declared a personal interest because she had been a part of the Conservation tour on 10 June 2011, which had visited Camgrain in order to view the planting that had been carried out alongside the track to the south of the site.  Councillor Bear stated that at no stage did she express an opinion about this planning application, and that she was considering all the facts and representations afresh.

 

Councillor Pippa Corney declared a personal interest because she had been a part of the Conservation tour on 10 June 2011, which had visited the Camgrain site in order to view the planting that had been carried out alongside the track to the south of the site.  Councillor Corney stated that at no stage did she express an opinion about this planning application, and that she was considering all the facts and representations afresh.

 

Councillor Sebastian Kindersley declared a personal interest as an elected Member of Cambridgeshire County Council, a statutory consultee, and because of his acquaintance with members of Camgrain living in his ward of Gamlingay.

 

Councillor Hazel Smith declared a personal interest because she had been a part of the Conservation tour on 10 June 2011, which had visited the Camgrain site in order to view the planting that had been carried out alongside the track to the south of the site.  Councillor Smith stated that at no stage did she express an opinion about this planning application, and that she was considering all the facts and representations afresh.

 

Councillor Nick Wright (in attendance as Economic Development Portfolio Holder but not a member of the Planning Committee) declared a personal interest as a farmer but stated that he was not a member of Camgrain.

·              infiltration basin calculation sheet and surface water drainage design figures)

·              letter dated 23 December 2009 and accompanying information (Schedule date stamped 23 December 2009 and drawing numbers 3208/203 Revision P9 (sheet 1 of 2), 3208/203 Revision P9 (sheet 2 of 2) and 1:1000 scale landscaping drawing)

Minutes:

Jayne Bateman (objector), Richard Buxton (solicitor for Mr and Mrs Bateman), Colin Barker (Director of Camgrain), Nigel Start (Great Wilbraham Parish Council) and Councillor Nick Wright (Economic Development Portfolio Holder) addressed the meeting.

 

Prior to considering this application, the Committee viewed the site on 18 July 2011.  The Committee gave officers delegated powers to approve the application, as amended by
